Can I order a cake for today or this weekend?

Yes, you can! Choose from our gorgeous pre-designed cakes and place your order online.

Can I pick my cake up?

Absolutely! We have two convenient pick-up locations:

  • Main Kitchen: Unit 3/63 Secam Street, Mansfield, QLD 4122

  • Second Pick-Up Location: Goodna

Your pick-up details and GST receipt will be emailed with your order confirmation.

How long before I can get my cake?

Our bakers and decorators are fast, but because every cake is made fresh to order, timing depends on the cake type and complexity. Generally, we need at least 24 hours' notice, but some simpler cakes may be available for same-day pickup if ordered early. It’s best to contact us directly to confirm availability for same-day orders.

Can I get same-day pick-up?

Same-day pickup depends on the cake ordered and our schedule. If you want same-day pickup, please contact us early to check availability.

Can I customize the cake in the picture?

You can choose your cake’s size, flavor, and add toppers or candles.
While we don’t advertise custom cakes, we are very popular for taking custom orders based on your needs and wants. If you have a special request or design in mind, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to create it for you!

Do you offer vegan options?

Yes! We have vegan options available, and customers are encouraged to request anything they don’t see advertised. We love creating custom vegan cakes tailored to your needs.

Do you offer delivery?

No — we do not offer delivery. All orders must be picked up from one of our two locations.

Are you a licensed kitchen?

Absolutely! We bake with quality ingredients like chocolate, flour, free-range eggs, and real butter.

Nut-free options?

We do not add nuts to our batters or buttercream, but nuts are present in our kitchen and some ingredients may come from facilities that process nuts. We cannot guarantee nut-free products.

Gluten-free options?

Yes! We have gluten-free options like our Salted Caramel Cake, macarons, and meringue kisses.
Please note we cannot guarantee 100% gluten-free due to shared kitchen equipment.

Cancellation policy?

Once payment is made, the order is final.
Contact us if something unexpected happens — we may postpone your order up to 30 days.
A 20% fee applies if cancellation is unavoidable.

Can I change the time or date?

Yes, if you notify us at least 48 hours before your cake is due. All changes must be sent via email.

Confirmation and receipt?

You’ll get an email receipt after your order confirmation. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it.

Do I need to refrigerate my cake?

Yes! Queensland heat can melt buttercream. For best taste, remove the cake from the fridge 2–3 hours before serving.

How long will my cake keep?

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 3 days.

Can I mix two designs or send a picture for customisation?

We welcome custom orders based on your ideas — please contact us to discuss your specific needs!

What ingredients do you use?

Our cakes may include: wheat and gluten-free flours, sugar, free-range eggs, dairy, cocoa, baking agents, nuts (almond meal, hazelnuts), seasonal fruit, and flavorings.
We follow strict procedures to minimize allergen cross-contact but cannot guarantee allergen-free products.
