Refund & Cancellation Policy

Pick-Up and Damage

All Artisan Confections cakes and cupcakes are pick-up only. Once you or your representative accept the cake at pick-up, it is considered received in good condition. We do not accept responsibility for any damage that occurs after pick-up. If there is clear damage to your cake before pick-up acceptance, please notify us immediately and we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a partial refund, replacement, or full refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. If we have not yet purchased ingredients or started preparation, we will issue a full refund. If we have already purchased materials or started work on your order, we will retain 20% of the total order value to cover costs, and refund the remaining amount.
